Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (almond or macadamia milk also work)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup of pureed/mashed blueberries
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- sweetener of choice (as desired)
- 1/4 cup of blueberries as topping
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a mason jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Top with blueberries before serving.
