Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (make sure your peanut butter is just peanuts and salt, no additives)
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- ½ cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup local honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll into 1” and store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
