No Bake Energy Bites

  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (make sure your peanut butter is just peanuts and salt, no additives)
  • ½ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup local honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll into 1” and store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
